Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Peel, rinse and thinly slice the sweet potatoes. Mix the cream, cheese, turmeric, thyme and season with salt and pepper. Spread the sweet potato slices in a greased baking dish. Pour the cream over the potatoes. Bake for about 45 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.
