Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Rinse, halve and core the apples and cut into thin wedges, drizzle with lemon juice. In a bowl, whisk together the cream, sugar, vanilla and egg.

Cook the spaghettini according to package directions until al dente. Drain.

Layer the spaghettini and apple slices in a baking dish. Pour the cream mixture over and sprinkle with raisins and sunflower seeds. Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes. If desired, serve sprinkled with sugar.
