Preparation steps

Rinse the meat, pat dry and trim as needed. Rinse, peel and trim the onion, carrot, and celery, and coarsely chop. Rinse the leeks, shake dry, trim and cut into rings. Place the meat, vegetables, and spices in a saucepan, fill with water, so that the meat is completely covered, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for about 1 hour.

Remove the cooked meat and let cool. Rinse the scallions, shake dry, trim and cut into rings. Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a hot pan with the onions and melted butter for 3-5 minutes.
