1 Avocado
lemon juice (for brushing)
½ tsp Wasabi
400 grams Sushi rice
2 toasted Nori seaweed
4 tsps Salmon caviar
How healthy are the main ingredients?
Avocado

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the avocado in half, removing the pit, peel and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick strips. Immediately brush with lemon juice. Cut the nori sheets in half crosswise. Top 1 nori sheet with one eighth of prepared sushi rice, cover with plastic wrap and flip the nori sheet, so that the plastic wrap-covered rice side is down. Top the nori with another one eighth of the sushi rice.

2.

Place a strip of avocado on the lower third, brush with wasabi paste and roll up tight, being careful to remove the plastic wrap. Cut each of the 4 sushi rolls into 6 equal sized pieces and top each with a little caviar. Serve 6 pieces per person.
