Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce, pat dry and pluck the leaves. Rinse, trim and halve the strawberries. Cut the cheese into thin slices and then into bite-size pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Roast the nuts in a hot dry pan until fragrant. Remove, allow to cool and chop coarsely.

For the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar with the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the salad on plate and top with strawberries, cucumbers, and cheese. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Serve with nuts sprinkled on top.
