2 Figs
1 handful Watercress
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
½ lemon (juice)
1 tsp honey
5 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. Then strain, rinse in cold water and drain. Trim, rinse and slice thinly the radishes. Separate the lettuce leaves, rinse, shake dry and tear smaller if desired. Rinse strawberries, halve larger specimens and pat dry. Rinse the figs, halve or quarter. Rinse the watercress and shake dry. Arrange all ingredients in a large bowl.

For the dressing, combine the vinegar with lemon juice, honey and oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad just before serving over the salad with some fresh white bread.
