3 Zucchini
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

250 grams Sliced cheese (such as Gouda)
8 slices ham
70 grams White bread crumbs
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
3 Tbsps Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the zucchini, trim and cut lengthwise on a mandoline into 16 thin slices. Sauté in a little oil. 

2.

Cut cheese into batons. Cut the ham in half.

3.

Arrange the ham and cheese over the zucchini slices, roll up and place in a greased baking dish.

4.

For the herb crust: Mix the crème fraîche until smooth, stir in the parsley and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.

5.

Spread over the zucchini rolls and broil until golden brown. 

6.

Arrange 4 zucchini rolls on each serving plate to serve.
