- Bell pepper (1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green)
- 200 grams cream cheese
- ½ Cucumber
- 2 Tbsps Corn (canned)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs. Rinse the cucumber and cut into very small cubes.
2.
Stir the cottage cheese with diced cucumber and corn and season with salt and pepper. Fill the pepper halves with the mixture and serve garnished with herbs.
