4 Red Hungarian wax peppers
50 grams sun-dried Tomatoes (in oil)
1 handful oregano
2 cans Tuna about 140 grams (in own juice)
6 Pepperoncini (from a jar)
300 grams Ricotta cheese
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse peppers and halve lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs. Drain tomatoes and dice finely. Rinse oregano, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Drain tuna and pepperoncini, separate tuna with a fork.   Cut pepperoncini into thin rings.

2.

Combine ricotta with tomatoes, half of oregano, tuna and pepperoncini, season with salt and pepper. Stuff pepper halves with the mixture and sprinkle with remaining oregano. Serve.
