Preparation steps

1.

Cut the ends of the oranges right and left, stand each upright and remove the peel and white skins with sharp knife.  Halve and slice. Rise and top strawberries, pat dry and halve.  Mix oranges and strawberries in a bowl with lemon juice and sweeten to taste.  Coarsely chop nuts.  Divide the fruit salad on plates and serve sprinkled with nuts and chia seeds.
