10 ozs Greek yogurt
2 Tbsps liquid honey
1 generous pinch cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Clean strawberries, wash, cut in half, and freeze 2⁄3 of them for about 3 hours.

In the meantime, chop the chocolate. Mix 6 ounces yogurt with honey until creamy.

3.

Once the strawberries are frozen, blend them with cinnamon, remaining yogurt and honey in a blender to make a fine ice cream.

4.

Layer ice cream with remaining strawberries alternately in glasses, top with yogurt cream and serve sprinkled with strawberry pieces and chopped chocolate.
