500 grams Strawberries
1 Orange (juice)
250 milliliters Buttermilk
4 scoops Frozen yogurt (or banana ice)
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

For garnish, crush the freeze-dried strawberries into flakes.

Rinse and peel the fresh strawberries. Set just over half aside for garnish. Combine the orange juice, buttermilk, frozen yogurt, honey and vanilla sugar, puree and mix until fluffy. Fill 4 bowls with puree and top with the strawberries. Sprinkle with dried strawberries and serve garnished with mint.
