- 250 grams fresh Strawberries
- 250 grams Rhubarb
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 3 Tbsps sugar
Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the strawberries and rhubarb. Cut into small pieces.

In a saucepan, combine strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and lemon juice and bring to a boil, Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.

Cool to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator. Serve in small bowls as a compote.
