Strawberry and Chili Jam
Rinse, trim, and piree the strawberries. Cut the pepperoncini into slices, and squeeze the juice from the lemon. Mix the strawberry puree with the pepperoncinis, lemon juice, and jam sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the jam begins to thicken. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the jam, seal tightly, and cool completely.
