- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Port wine
- peppers
- mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and drain strawberries. Halve or quarter depending on the size.
2.
Mash gorgonzola with a fork. Stir in sour cream and yogurt. Place with the strawberries in a bowl and drizzle with port wine. Serve with mint garnish.
