4 garlic cloves
1 shallot
100 grams raisins
30 grams butter
200 grams Vegetable broth
100 grams shelled Pine nuts
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the turnips, shake dry, trim and separate the leaves from the stems. Cut the leaves into strips and the turnips into thin slices.

Peel and slice the garlic. Peel the shallot and finely chop. Soak the raisins in lukewarm water.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and saute the garlic and turnip slices 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Add the turnip leaves, sauté briefly and deglaze with the broth. Simmer for 7-10 minutes over medium heat.

Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts in a separate dry frying pan until golden brown, remove and set aside. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper, add the raisins and pine nuts, mix, toss briefly and serve serve in the pan.
