- 9 ozs Broccoli
- 7 ozs red Bell pepper
- 5 ozs button Mushroom
- 7 ozs carrots
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ oz peeled ginger
- ¼ oz Chives
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 24 ozs Ramen noodle
- salt
- 22 ozs Strip- Steak (4 strip steaks)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- peppers
- ½ Lime (juice)
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
Preparation steps
Clean broccoli, wash and divide into small florets. Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash and cut into strips. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Peel carrots, cut in half lengthwise and cut into pieces. Peel and finely chop garlic and ginger. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls.
Heat sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan. Sauté ginger and garlic in it for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Add vegetables and stir-fry over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions for about 4-5 minutes, rinse with cold water and drain.
Rinse meat, pat dry, brush thinly with oil, season with salt and pepper and place in a hot grill pan. Fry each side over high heat for about 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan and let rest for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, season vegetables with salt and lime juice, mix with chives and remove. Add noodles to wok and fry for 2 minutes, drizzled with soy sauce. Slice meat and serve with noodles and vegetables.
