35 ozs Pork ribs (cut into individual ribs)
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps Hoisin sauce
2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
2 Tbsps Rice wine
2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 ¼ cups Long grain rice
7 ozs frozen peas

Preparation steps

1.
Put the ribs in a shallow baking dish.

Mix the soy sauce with the honey, Hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, rice wine and garlic to make a marinade and add to the ribs, making sure they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4.

Cook for about 1 hour, brushing the ribs with the marinade from time to time.
5.
Cook the rice according to the pack instructions, adding the peas during the last 10 minutes. Serve with the ribs.
