- 3 cups Lobster meat (cooked and cooled)
- 1 cup Celery (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Mayonnaise (may use more or less as preferred)
- butter (for pan)
- 4 split top Rolls

Preparation steps
1.
Cut lobster into bite size pieces. In a medium bowl combine lobster and celery. Add mayonnaise and mix until all well incorporated. Set aside.
2.
Heat butter in a non-stick skillet. Toast rolls on both sides until lightly browned. Repeat until all are toasted.
3.
Divide lobster salad equally between the 4 rolls and serve.
