- 8 ozs fish fillets (such as red snapper, cod)
- 2 Tbsps Chile oil
- 1 Tbsp ground paprika
- 1 chili pepper (seeded and chopped)
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 8 ozs Glass noodles
- 1 Tbsp Herb salad (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Thread onto wooden skewers and steam in a bamboo steamer about 6 minutes.
2.
Prepare glass noodles according to package directions.
3.
Mix the soy sauce, honey, chile oil, paprika and chile peppers.
4.
Place the pasta on plates, top with the skewers and drizzle with the spicy sauce. Serve garnished with herbs.
