4 small Steak fillet
2 sprigs rosemary
2 Tbsps olive oil

1 tsp butter
1 stalk Savory
2 Beefsteak tomato

Preparation steps

1.

Trim beans, rinse and cook for about 8 minutes in boiling salted water. Rinse in cold water and drain well.

2.

While the beans cook, rinse steaks under cold water and pat dry. Rinse rosemary, shake dry, chop and mix with olive oil and some pepper. Drizzle on meat.

3.

Cook meat on a hot grill for 2-4 minutes on each side depending on the desired degree of doneness.

Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan. Add beans with savory and warm for about 3 minutes.

5.

Rinse tomatoes, halve and place cut side to the grill.

6.

Season steaks with sea salt, cut into strips and serve each with beans and 1/2 grilled tomato.
