Preparation steps

1.

Rinse beans, cut off ends and cook in plenty of salted, boiling water for about 6 minutes until al dente. Drain, rinse immediately in cold water and drain. Divide beans into 8 portions, shape into bundles and wrap each with a slice of bacon.

2.

Rinse tomatoes. Brush a piece of aluminum foil with oil, put to one side of the grill, place the tomatoes and green beans on foil and grill about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

3.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper, coat with oil and cook on the hot grill 2-4 minutes on each side, depending on doneness preference.

4.

Serve steaks on plate with grilled tomatoes and green beans. As desired, serve a little leaf salad.
