10 cups Penne
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 scallions (sliced into 1 cm rolls)
1 chili pepper (deseeded and finely chopped)
1.333 cups cherry Tomatoes (cut into narrow wedges)
1 handful mixed Fresh herbs (e. g. chervil, parsley, chives etc. , finely chopped)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsps grated Hard cheese (e. g. parmesan, Pecorino)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
2.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the garlic, spring onions and chilli for 2-3 minutes until translucent, then add the tomatoes and herbs. Season with a little salt and ground black pepper and stir in the lemon juice.
3.
Drain the pasta and stir through the vegetables. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
