Dice pumpkin flesh.

Peel and mince onion and garlic. Heat butter in a pan and cook onion and garlic. Add peas and pour in a little broth. Add bay leaf and pancetta. Cover and simmer for about 40 minutes. Gradually add remaining broth, stirring after each addition. Then add pumpkin and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
Season with allspice, vinegar, marjoram leaves salt and pepper. Serve hot.
