400 grams Raspberries
4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
4 Tbsps grapeseed oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim, and tear the lettuce into small pieces. Drain well and divide onto plates.

2.

Rinse the raspberries, and puree 1/3 of them with the balsamic, honey, lemon juice, oil, and 2-3 tablespoons of water. Season with salt, and drizzle over the salad. Garnish with remaining raspberries.
