Ingredients

For the salad
100 grams Spinach
50 grams Feta
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ tsp Mustard
1 pinch sugar
1 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil
6 large shrimp (ready to cook)
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsps olive oil
juice of Limes
For the garnish
Chervil

Preparation steps

For the salad, rinse shrimp, trim and devein. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix garlic with olive oil and lime juice. Pour lime juice mixture over shrimp in a bowl and leave for 30 minutes. Saute marinated shrimp in a pan for about 4 minutes.

Rinse spinach, spin dry and trim. Crumble feta coarsely with a fork.

Mix together mustard, salt, sugar, pepper, vinegar and oil in a bowl to make the salad dressing. Mix dressing with spinach.

4.

To serve, arrange spinach salad with shrimp and feta on plates and garnish with chervil.
