125 grams butter

125 milliliters milk

1 Filo dough (500 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Finely crumble the feta cheese. Finely chop the parsley and peeled onion. Rinse the spinach and cook, dripping wet, over high heat. Drain and let cool. Coarsely chop the spinach and mix with the cheese, onion and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Melt the butter. Beat the egg and mix with the milk. Pour in the melted butter and mix well.

Grease a rectangular baking dish. Spread half of the dough sheets in the baking dish, brushing each layer with the egg mixture. Spread the spinach mixture on the dough. Cover with the remaining dough sheets, brushing each layer with the egg mixture.

4.

Without preheating, bake for about 35 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Serve warm or cold.
