- 250 grams Filo dough
- 400 grams Spinach
- 150 grams Salmon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 grams cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 150 milliliters Whipped cream
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 100 grams freshly grated Cheddar cheese
- salt
- peppers
- Nutmeg
- butter (for greasing)

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease quiche dish with butter. Prepare 2-3 layers of filo pastry, coat each with a little oil and cover bottom and edges of quiche dish.

Rinse and blanch spinach in salted boiling water. Squeeze well and chop finely. Rinse salmon, pat dry and chop small. Peel garlic and chop finely.

Mix cream cheese with eggs, heavy cream, spinach, chives and half of the Cheddar until smooth. Add salmon and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour into dish and smooth. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar and bake until golden brown, or about 45 minutes.
4.
Remove, cool and carefully remove from dish. Cut into pieces.
5.
If desired, serve with a colorful leaf salad.
