- For the salad
- 250 grams fresh, young Spinach
- 100 grams button Mushroom
- 1 red onion
- For the marinade
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp Walnut oil
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp scallions (as desired)

Preparation steps
1.
For the salad, rinse the spinach and drain well in a colander. Trim the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Halve the onion and cut into thin half-rings.
2.
For the marinade, mix the vinegar with the oil, finely chopped garlic, spices and the chives.
3.
Arrange the salad on four plates and drizzle with the marinade.
