- 1 cup water
- 2 Green tea
- 2 cups plain Yogurt
- 2 handfuls Spinach (washed and roughly chopped)
- 1 red chili pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the water to about 160ºF and add the tea bags. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes.
2.
Remove the tea bags and place the tea in a blender with the yogurt, spinach, and chili. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
