- 2 Tbsps hot water
- 1 large Avocado (peeled, cut into chunks)
- 1 large Apple (sliced)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 ⅓ cups Almond milk (more if needed)
- Stevia (to taste)

Preparation steps

Whisk together the matcha powder and hot water. Set aside.

Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick. Sweeten to taste. Chill before serving.
