- 4 thin slices Chorizo (finely sliced)
- 4 Dried Tomatoes (without oil, finely sliced)
- ⅔ cup soft butter
- 3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- ⅞ cup mineral water

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the chorizo and tomatoes.
2.
Mix together the butter, créme fraîche, flour, cheese and a pinch of salt. Gradually stir in the water using an electric whisk with dough hooks. Knead into a smooth batter.
3.
Brush the waffle iron with oil and preheat it. Add 1 tbsp batter per waffle to the waffle iron, add a little of the chorizo-tomato mixture and then top with another tbsp batter. Close the iron and bake until golden brown.
