Preparation steps
For the waffles, put butter with 6 ounces yogurt, crumbled feta, and flour in a large bowl. Add eggs and about 2 ounces of water and mix the ingredients with the whisks of a hand mixer to a smooth dough. Let the dough swell for 5 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings; put the greenery for the sour cream aside, mix the white onion rings into the dough and season with pepper.
For the dip, clean, wash, core, and roughly grate the apple. Clean and wash radishes and cut them into fine strips. Mix the rest of the yogurt, sour cream, apple and radishes well. Fold in the spring onion green that has been set aside and season the dip with salt and pepper.
Preheat a coated waffle iron. Stir the dough again. Bake about 8 waffles one after the other. For this, place 2-3 tbsp. of dough per wafer on the bottom baking surface and close the waffle iron. Bake the waffles in about 4 minutes until golden brown. Place the finished waffles on a plate and serve with the dip.
