- 200 grams Salmon (skin removed)
- 2 tsps chopped cilantro
- ½ tsp chopped red chili peppers
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- Light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps soybean oil
- Wasabi (to taste)
- 1 fresh egg
- 2 sheets Napa cabbage (for serving)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into 1 cm (approximately 3/8 inch) cubes.

Combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, soybean oil and egg in a bowl and whisk vigorously until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with wasabi and stir into the salmon.
3.
Stir the chopped cilantro and chopped chile pepper into the salmon, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Scoop the salmon tartare onto the Napa cabbage leaves and serve.
