1 teaspoon Lemongrass (finely chopped)
1 ¼ inches fresh ginger (finely chopped)
2 red chile peppers (cut into rings)

2 garlic (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oil in a hot wok and fry the turmeric, cumin, lemon grass and ginger. Add the chilli, spring onions and garlic and fry for 1 minute.
