- 60 grams (approximately 2 ounces) Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 40 grams (approximately 1 1/2 ounces) Whipped cream
- 1 splash dark soy sauce
- 1 splash Lime juice
- 6 green peppercorns
- black peppercorns (for serving)

Preparation steps
1.
In a small bowl stir togehter the yogurt and sour cream. Season with soy sauce and a little lime juice.
2.
Crush the green peppercorns in a mortar and add to the yogurt mixture. IGarnish with black peppercorns.
