750 milliliters milk
Vanilla bean
150 grams Dark chocolate
1 small, fresh chili pepper
3 Tbsps honey
1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

1.

Bring the milk, vanilla seeds, and vanilla bean to a boil. 

2.

Heat 250 ml (approximately 8 ounces of water), but don't bring to a boil. Add the crushed chocolate and stir until it has completely melted. Whisk the melted chocolate mixture into the milk until completely combined. 

3.

Rinse the chili, slit lengthwise, remove the seeds, and finely chop. 

4.

Mix in the chili to the chocolate mixture. Sweeten to taste with honey, pour into cups, and serve immediately.
