- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- 125 grams Dark chocolate

Preparation steps
1.
Bring the milk, split chile pepper, split vanilla bean and sugar to a boil.

Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped chocolate until melted. Strain through a sieve into serving glasses. Serve.
