- ½ cup Agave syrup
- ⅞ cup warm water
- 2 Avocados (peeled & diced)
- 3 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Jalapeño (chili)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the agave nectar and warm water in a food processor or blender and blend until the agave nectar has dissolved.
2.
Add the avocados, lime juice, and salt and blend until smooth. Stir in the jalapeno.
3.
Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for about 6 hours until solid.
