- 7 ozs plain Dark chocolate (chopped)
- 5 ozs white chocolate (chopped)
- 1 tsp Sunflower seed
- 8 ready-to-eat Dried apricot (chopped)
- 4 Tbsps dried Cranberry (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Melt the two chocolates in two separate bowls over pans of hot, but not boiling water.
2.
Dip the end of a lolly stick in the plain chocolate and then place on the baking parchment. Spoon a little of the plain chocolate in a round shape over as much of the top of the lolly stick as you can. Take a small spoonful of the white chocolate and swirl over the dark chocolate.
3.
Sprinkle the sunflowers seeds and chopped dried fruit over the chocolate before it sets.
4.
Leave to set, but do not put in the fridge.
