Spicy Eggs Stuffed with Mustard Cream
Cook eggs until hardboiled. Peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks carefully and put into a bowl. Combine mayonnaise, crème fraîche and mustard, mix well. Drizzle with Tabasco to taste and season with salt.
Stuff halved egg white with smustard cream, using a small spoon.
Sprinkle with chives and paprika and serve.
