- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 bunches cilantro (about 30 grams or approximately 1 ounce)
- 5 sprigs parsley
- 50 milliliters olive oil
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic and cut into small cubes. Rinse the chilies, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into 0.8 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Rinse the cilantro and the parsley, shake dry, pluck off the leaves and chop coarsely.

In a pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic and chile for about 2 minutes. Pour in the vegetable broth and stir in the coriander and parsley leaves. Pour the soup into bowls and serve.
