- 500 grams Beef fillet
- 2 Red chili peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps soy sauce
- 3 Tbsps Fish sauce
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 2 small onions
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- ½ bunch cilantro

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chiles, trim, cut in half, remove the seeds, remove the white membraines and finely dice. Peel the onions, cut in half lengthwise and cut lengthwise into thin strips.

Trim the meat and cut across the grain into thin slices.
3.
Mix the fish sauce, soy sauce and lime juice. Peel the garlic, squeeze through a press and mix with the marinade. Add the meat refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4.
Saute the onions and meat in hot oil in a wok for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the marinade and chiles, bring to a boil and serve sprinkled with cilantro leaves.
5.
Serve with rice.
