500 grams Chicken breasts
2 slices Toast
2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 garlic clove
1 chili pepper
1 Tbsp freshly chopped Lemon thyme
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 egg
salt
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil (to fry)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry and very finely chop. Crumble the bread. Mix the bread crumbs with the yogurt. 

2.

Peel the garlic and finely chop. Chop the chilli. Mix the thyme, ginger, egg, yogurt, and toast with the chicken. Season with salt. There should still be soft crumbs of bread. Form into 16 small meatballs.

3.

Cook until golden brown in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve while warm.
