- 750 grams Beef rump
- 6 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 3 red chili peppers
- 3 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 l Beef broth
- 1 tsp Caraway
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 sm jar Kidney beans

Preparation steps

Peel onions and garlic. Cut onions into strips and chop garlic. Cut the meat into cubes. Trim bell peppers, rinse and cut into cubes. Trim chile peppers and cut with or without cores into thin rings (depending on desired level of spiciness). Drain kidney beans.

Fry meat in hot oil in batches over high heat.Add onions and garlic and sauté. Add tomato paste, deglaze meat with broth and season with chile peppers, caraway seed, paprika, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes. Add bell peppers and kidney beans and cook the stew for 30 minutes before serving.
