- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp Coriander
- crushed Red pepper flakes (ground)
- Cardamom powder

- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 14 ozs Salmon fillet (diced)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 9 ozs Oyster mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 parsley (chopped)
- 4 wraps

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the garlic with the cumin, cinnamon, coriander and add a pinch each of chilli, cardamom and cloves. Add the lemon juice and season with ground black pepper. Add the salmon, cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the salmon for 2-3 minutes on a medium heat. Remove from the heat and leave to cook through for another 2-3 minutes.

Fry the mushrooms in the remaining oil for around 5 minutes and season with salt and ground black pepper. Mix with the salmon and the parsley and season to taste.
4.
Place the filling on the wraps (pre-heated if desired) and roll up tightly. Serve immediately.
