- 4 Flour tortillas (or bread wraps)
- 4 Tbsps cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp Horseradish Sauce
- Lettuce (or spinach)
- 2 cooked carrots (cut into sticks)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 4 slices Roast beef
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Spread the tortillas with the cream cheese and horseradish sauce.
2.
Lay the lettuce or spinach leave on top.
3.
Divide the carrots and onion between the wraps and place a slice of beef on each wrap. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.
Roll up the wraps and cut each into 2-3 pieces
