Spiced Rocky Road

- 1 cup Dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1.333 cups Milk chocolate (chopped)
- 5 cups Puffed rice
- 4 cups mini Marshmallow
- ground cloves
- ground Cardamom
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Remove from the heat, leave to cool slightly and then stir in the puffed rice, marshmallows and a pinch of each of the spices.
Spread on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and allow to set in the fridge. Cut into small squares or rectangles and serve in a box.
