- 3 cups quick-cooking Oats
- 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
- ⅔ cup Marshmallow
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Puffed rice
- 3 Tbsps creamy Peanut butter
- ¾ cup mini, semi-sweet Chocolate chip
- ¼ cup melted Chocolate (if desired for drizzle)
Preparation steps

Line the bottom and two sides of a 9- by 9-inch cake pan with parchment, allowing it to hang over edges of the pan. Grease the parchment with cooking spray or butter.

In a large skillet, heat oats over medium heat until lightly toasted and fragrant, stirring, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In large pot, heat butter with marshmallows over medium heat, stirring, until melted.

Add the honey, salt, and vanilla and stir until well mixed.

Turn off the heat and stir in the oats and the puffed rice until completely combined.

Lastly, stir in the peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Transfer mixture to the prepared cake pan. Using your clean, bare hands, press and smooth the mixture down firmly to create a flat, even layer. Let the layer set for at least on hour.
8.
Once set, lift the entire layer, with the parchment, out of the pan and transfer to a work surface.
9.
To create the bars, begin by cutting the layer in half. Then cut each piece into 5 vertical rows of bars.
10.
If desired, drizzle melted chocolate over each of the bars.
