- 16 ozs good quality Dark chocolate (finely chopped)
- 1 ½ cups minature Marshmallow (divided)
- 1 cup coarsely chopped Walnut
- ¾ cup crushed peppermint candy (divided)

Preparation steps
1.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler set over simmering water. Once the chocolate is melted, remove pan from heat source and let sit for a few minutes to cool slightly, stirring occasionally. Add 1 cup of marshmallows, chopped walnuts and half of the peppermint; stir to combine.
3.
Spread the chocolate mixture onto the prepared pan in an even layer, covering about an 8 x 8-inch / 20 x 20 cm space. Top with remaining marshmallows and crushed peppermint.
4.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
5.
Using a sharp knife, cut the bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
